Amazing view of Arc de Triomphe, helpful staff, great location near top attractions and metro, small but lovely room, safe area with nice cafes and restaurants, convenient arrangement for transportation.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

From the moment I stepped foot into this hotel, I knew I was in for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, always ready to assist me with any queries or requests I had. The location of this place couldn't be more perfect, with easy access to the metro and all the top attractions in the area. It was also reassuring to be in a safe neighborhood surrounded by charming cafes and restaurants. The room itself may have been small, but it was absolutely lovely, and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again in the future. The staff at the reception truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of amazing.

During my recent stay at Hotel Splendid Etoile, the view from the balcony of my superior room was amazing. I was able to enjoy the fine sight of the Arch de Triomphe every morning and evening. The hotel's location was excellent, with a metro station just outside the main entrance and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The desk personnel were friendly and eager to assist with any concerns or needs. I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Splendid Etoile and would highly recommend it to others.

Best location and views! The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from major attractions. The views from the room were amazing, especially during the new year celebration. It was a joy to watch the fireworks and the bustling city below.

Worst room conditions and outdated facilities. The furniture was old and worn out.

Great view from balcony. Staff recommended places to eat and travel around. Minivan taxi arranged for group with large luggage. Convenient for CDG airport.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was very nice, right across from a metro station, making it very convenient for transportation. We were able to easily explore the city and visit all the main attractions. The breakfast provided was excellent with a good variety of options. During our recent stay, we were blown away by the amazing view from our top floor suite. The sight of the Arc de Triomphe from the Tv room window and the glimpse of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom window made our stay nice. The location of the hotel was superb, with the subway and RER right outside the front door, making it convenient to explore the city. Shopping on the Champs Elysees and visiting the major department stores in the Opera district was easily accessible. The room itself was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a mini-fridge for storing medication. The staff, despite a few minor issues, were highly helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend Splendid Etoile for its beautiful views and great location.

Absolutely nothing.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, I had a great time! The location is incredibly convenient, with a major metro station located directly opposite the hotel. It was very easy to get around and explore this beautiful city. The staff were always ready to help, whether it was room service or giving directions. The room was equipped with everything I needed, from ironing facilities to tea and coffee amenities. I was pleasantly surprised with the welcome drink upon arrival. this venue provided great service and comfort for my stay in this amazing location.
